A good night tonight with eight hitting their 2008 WTT best yet and three of those bettering their previous database best, and others having excellent excuses such as jet lag, duatholons and injuries. Congratulations to Lindsey who had the biggest improvement in her previous database best. This was Lindsey's first foray into the 23's and may there be many more! Congratulations also to Nicole for the greatest WTT 2008 PB improvement of the night - a performance ratio of 1.0991, which would almost certainly have been above 1.10 were it not for her having to wait for a car at the turnaround. This was Nicole's best VBF time and first time below 24 minute since her last ride as a VAF rider almost six years ago on 2002-Aug-20 - Congratulations! She had just broken this barrier in the OTT series last Thursday 2008-Jul-17 with a time of 22:26, two seconds faster than tonight.
